Have you been trying to conceive? Would you like to “fast forward” your fertility journey? In this 2.5 hours practical workshop we’ll introduce you scientifically proven natural therapies to maximise your chances to conceive sooner. You will get practical knowledge about how to improve your fertility, health of your future children and even grandchildren.
We’ll explain how acupuncture, herbal medicines balance your fertility and improve your chances to conceive naturally or with assisted technologies like IVF; how fertility awareness helps you to conceive faster. We’ll show simple fertility yoga and self-acupressure routines to reduce stress and improve blood flow to your reproductive system. Our practical workshop will help you to prepare for natural or assisted conception.
Utilising time-proven healing techniques like acupuncture and herbal medicine we assisted many couples. Many of them conceived naturally or in conjunction with IVF or IUI. We are here to share the years of experience, research and knowledge with you.
Roberta Mek is an accredited Natural Fertility Educator (NFNZ), fertility and pregnancy bodywork specialist. Roberta won Ngaire Walsh award in 2016. She graduated with a Masters Degree in acupuncture at the Zhejiang University of Chinese Medicine, PR China. Roberta’s special interest is acupuncture’s benefit on natural fertility and IVF. Roberta works with Dr Vitalis Acupuncture in Auckland.
A practical 2.5-3 hours workshop with a short break for a simple 15-20 min fertility yoga and self-acupressure (acu-yoga for fertility). Light refreshments will be provided.
